Q. What payment method is available?
A. We accept PayPal as the methof of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, please visit their website at www.PayPal.com. It is quick and easy to set up an account and they accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are in U.S. funds.
Q. How soon will my order be shipped?
A. Orders received by Noon Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Federal Holidays are observed so shipping will commence the following business day. Any out-of -stock orders will be sent as soon as the item is back in stock. Your payment will not be due until the item is available and an email will be sent to you when that occurs.
Q. What shipping methods are available?
A. UPS Ground- this is the most cost-effective method. Day-definite delivery typically in 1-5 days. May be longer to Canada;
UPS Next Day-next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12 Noon, or end of day depending on destination;
UPS 2nd Day- delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in AK and HI require additional transit time; and
UPS 3 Day Select- delivery by the end of the third business day.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Travel and Luggage Solutions will ship to the U.S. and Canada using all the UPS options stated above. For any other other destinations worldwide, please enquire by sending an email prior to ordering to: travelandluggagesolutions@gmail.com
Q. Are there any other fees involved with shipping outside the U.S.?
A. There may be duties and taxes on your order that are not included with the purchase price and shipping fees. This is dependent upon the country you live in as all products are shipped from the United States by the dropshipper. All taxes and duties are payable to your country's Customs and Revenue agency before you receive any shipment. UPS collects and submits on your behalf.

Q. What if I don't feel comfortable ordering on line?
A. Although the ordering online is very easy and efficient, you may also email your order to: travelandluggagesolutions@gmail.com. Or you may mail your order to Travel and Luggage Solutions c/o Harmony Marketing Enterprises, 5503-48 Ave, Wetaskiwin, Alberta T9A 0N8. In either case, the product will be shipped to you when payment and shipping fees are received by certified check or a bank money order.
Q. Are ther other sizes available in the products?
A. Yes, depending on the product line, other sizes are available that may better suit your needs. A quick email to travelandluggagesolutions@gmail.com can confirm if such a product is available. In some cases the product may be purchased in a camouflage design.
Q. If I'm not happy with the product, may I send the product back for a refund?
A. By all means. Your satisfaction is our priority. You must first email travelandluggagesolutions@gmail.com to request a return and the reason for returning the item. The product must be returned to Korus Co, 1353 Oakland Rd, San Jose, CA 95112 in new condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Korus Co. You will be refunded the price of the product less the original shipping cost. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. What are the luggage size regulations for airplanes?
A. Generally speaking, each passenger is allowed two pieces of Checked luggage weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kg) each and no larger than 62 inches (158 cm). To determine the size of the bag, add the length + width + height. For Carry on luggage, each passenger is allowed one standard article (eg.roller bag) 9" (23 cm) x 15.5" (40 cm) x 21.5 " (55 cm) and weighing no more than 22 pounds (10 kg) plus one personal item (eg. laptop) 6" (16 cm) x 13" (33 cm) x 17" ( 43 cm) and weighing no more than 22 pounds (10 kg).
This is a generalization and it is wise to check with your airline as some destinations or aircraft size will have different restrictions on the amount or type of luggage you can take along.
